LoveCue ("the app") analyzes conversation signals to help you understand relationships. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using LoveCue you agree to this policy.
1. Data we collect
- Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and a user ID (via Firebase Authentication).
- Content you upload for analysis — conversation text and/or audio files you choose to upload. This may contain personal and sensitive information about you and others in the conversation.
- Analysis results — the transcripts and relationship-signal results generated from your uploaded content.
- Purchase records — when you buy credits, we store the purchase token, product, and credit balance (payment itself is processed by Google Play; we do not receive your card details).
- Diagnostics — crash reports and basic technical data to keep the app stable (Firebase Crashlytics).
2. How we use your data
- To transcribe and analyze the content you upload and return your results.
- To maintain your account, credit balance, and purchase history.
- To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded conversations for advertising.
3. Third-party processors
To provide the service, your data is processed by Google Cloud services:
- Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage — account, results, and temporary file storage.
- Google Cloud Speech-to-Text — transcription of uploaded audio.
- Google Vertex AI (Gemini) — generation of the relationship-signal analysis from the transcript/text.
- Google Play Billing — processing of in-app credit purchases.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash diagnostics.
These providers process data on our behalf under Google's terms. See Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Data retention & deletion
- Uploaded audio files are processed and the temporary copies are removed after transcription completes.
- Your transcripts, results, and account data are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
- You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete account). This removes your stored files, results, and account.

5. Consent for shared conversations
Conversations may include other people. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and analyze that content. The app asks you to confirm consent before analysis.
6. Children
LoveCue is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and older.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with access restricted to your account and authorized server functions.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.

LoveCue("본 앱")는 대화 신호를 분석해 관계를 이해하도록 돕는 서비스입니다. 본 방침은 수집하는 데이터, 이용 방식, 이용자의 선택권을 설명합니다. 본 앱을 사용하면 본 방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
1. 수집하는 데이터
- 계정 정보 — Google 로그인 시 이메일 주소와 사용자 ID(Firebase 인증).
- 분석을 위해 업로드하는 콘텐츠 — 이용자가 업로드하는 대화 텍스트 및/또는 오디오 파일. 본인 및 대화 상대의 개인적·민감한 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다.
- 분석 결과 — 업로드 콘텐츠로부터 생성된 전사 및 관계 신호 분석 결과.
- 구매 기록 — 크레딧 구매 시 구매 토큰, 상품, 크레딧 잔액(결제 자체는 Google Play가 처리하며, 카드 정보는 수신하지 않습니다).
- 진단 정보 — 앱 안정성을 위한 비정상 종료 보고 및 기본 기술 데이터(Firebase Crashlytics).
2. 데이터 이용 목적
- 업로드한 콘텐츠의 전사·분석 및 결과 제공.
- 계정, 크레딧 잔액, 구매 내역 관리.
- 오류 진단 및 안정성 개선.
개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 업로드한 대화를 광고에 이용하지 않습니다.
3. 제3자 처리업체
서비스 제공을 위해 데이터는 Google Cloud 서비스에서 처리됩니다:
- Firebase 인증·Firestore·Cloud Storage — 계정, 결과, 임시 파일 저장.
- Google Cloud Speech-to-Text — 업로드 오디오 전사.
- Google Vertex AI(Gemini) — 전사/텍스트로부터 관계 신호 분석 생성.
- Google Play 결제 — 인앱 크레딧 결제 처리.
- Firebase Crashlytics — 오류 진단.
위 업체들은 Google 약관에 따라 당사를 대신해 데이터를 처리합니다. Google 개인정보처리방침 참고.
4. 보관 및 삭제
- 업로드된 오디오 파일은 전사 완료 후 임시 사본이 삭제됩니다.
- 전사·결과·계정 데이터는 이용자가 삭제하거나 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다.
- 앱 내에서 계정 및 모든 관련 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다(설정 → 계정 삭제). 저장된 파일·결과·계정이 제거됩니다.

5. 공유 대화에 대한 동의
대화에는 타인이 포함될 수 있습니다. 해당 콘텐츠를 업로드·분석할 권리가 있는지 확인할 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 앱은 분석 전 동의 확인을 요청합니다.
6. 아동
LoveCue는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 만 18세 이상 이용자를 위한 서비스입니다.
7. 보안
데이터는 암호화 연결(HTTPS)로 전송되고 Google Cloud 인프라에 저장되며, 접근은 이용자 본인 계정과 인가된 서버 기능으로 제한됩니다.
8. 변경
본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 "최종 업데이트" 날짜와 함께 본 페이지에 반영됩니다.
